Asinine Arsene

Well, like arseblog rightly albeit creepily points out, the Gustavo rumour is too good to be true. I mean how can we possibly buy a good player, how can we? And again Arsene strikes or more correctly he doesn’t. Arsenal’s inactivity in this transfer window has been excruciatingly painful, and it’s mostly down to the fact that it’s quite obvious that a few additions would make this team perfect, or something close to that. There’s no need to bore you with the facts that most Arsenal fans are already aware of. So I will make it short and sweet. We only have one natural striker at the club (bar Yaya) and a blind man can see that. A daft man can also understand that a top club needs more than just one striker. A cheapskate won’t even mind having just another striker because it’s not really bad for business if you look at it well enough. That goes the same for the defensive and midfield positions. We can’t play Arteta all season even if we choose to and we know he’s the only person that can play the defensive midfield position well enough. As for the defence, if any of our current central defenders gets injured we will be screwed. It will be like diarrhea, u can’t hold that shit! If come September and Arsene hasn’t bought at least 2 players (It’s supposed to be 3 but I can settle with 2 considering the situation of things), I will lose a lot of respect for Arsene. I mean, how can someone be so obstinate to the point of stupidity??? This is our chance, dammit! All season I have been erring on the side of reason and logic and I will keep to that simply because I can’t find any other way. We have shipped out a lot of players. It’s only reasonable and fair that a team who scrapped out a 4th place last season should strengthen, right, RIGHT? So if come September 2nd and Arsene has successfully proven to people like the Dutch skunk that we are not an ambitious club, he will forever be known as asinine Arsene.
